Rajini Health Secrets
He looked only a little younger than his age in Sivaji, while the promo stills of Kuselan present a rather different picture. If not anything else, Superstar Rajinikanth is spruced up and looks a good twenty years younger here. He laid bare the secrets of his youth to the world at the Kuselan audio launch. Just in case you missed the media’s flashlights when they focused on the topic, we have compiled it for you. After all, expert tips are meant to be shared and experimented. And of course, results may vary.
Avoid White Foods
Superstar’s ideology of white foods range from salt to curd and everything in between. He believes that avoiding sugar, rice, pills, milk, curd, and ghee in food, especially after 40 help one stay younger. Now that you have scored every possible tasty food off your menu, look out for the supermarket shelves for brown breads and sugar free cookies to add a little taste to your life. But of course, you get to look younger that what you are supposed to.
Reading Books
The world knows that the superstar is an avid reader; however, he has recently rediscovered his passion for books and has stacked many philosophical and spiritual books on his personalized library shelves. He strongly recommends reading for a peaceful mind and in turn a healthy body.
Yoga
He was never a fan of swanky gym memberships and pumping iron for the sake of flaunting six-packs. Rajini prefers yoga over other forms of exercises and believes that it provides the ultimate in providing stress relief.
Good Night’s Sleep
P Vasu, in a recent interview, mentioned that he advised Rajini to have a well-maintained sleep routine. The superstar seems to have obliged and the results are for all to see – his enhanced looks.
Smoke Ban
He quit smoking a couple of years ago and says that he loves it. Above all, he has gotten rid of a few wrinkles in the process.
Friends
Spending more time with loved ones, especially friends, is another way of keeping tab on ageing, believes Rajini. He discusses cinema, politics, and personal issues over a cuppa with his dear friends more often than before.
Sending credits
In the recent past, Rajini has started watching almost all the movies being released in Tamil. Significantly, he began to call on the respective directors and actors to express his heartfelt congratulations on the good work. He strongly believes that such healthy attitudes towards work brings about a vital change in life.
Tension
Avoiding unwanted tension that crops up every now and then over trivial matters mean a lot to your good health and Superstar thinks so too. Turn a blind eye to such irritants.
Himalayan Holiday
Although not all of us can afford a trip to the exotic Himalayas, Rajini recommends going on one.
The grand son Factor
Above all, the Superstar spends most of his quality time with his grand son Yatra while at home. He claims that the experience boosts his mood. Well, if you are not old enough for a grandson, we recommend trying it with your neighborhood kids.
