With Sarathkumar joining hands with K.S. Ravikumar, rumors on Jaggubhai – supposed to be made with Rajinikanth – are resurfacing again. However, Sarathkumar plays his cards safe and quickly clarifies that he has no clue on whether his project with KSR will dust and use the script of Jaggubhai. His Vaitheeswaran is releasing this weekend, where Meghna Naidu is paired opposite him, and the actor in Sarathkumar is waiting in anticipation for the box office response. He states that the movie is based on reincarnation and he plays the role of a psychiatrist. “This movie’s result will decide my next course of action in accepting similar movies,” Sharath notes.
Up next is 1977, which the actor claims to be an action adventure film on par with Casino Royale. Besides, he is also a part of the Malayalam movie Pazhassiraja with Mammootty in the lead and an untitled Selvaraghavan movie that hits the floors in December 2008.
Before signing off, Sarathkumar clarifies that Vaitheeswaran’s dialogues are not influenced with his political stand and he treats politics and cinema differently.
