The trend of re-making old films continues.Especially so with Rajini films. A dozen films are waiting to be re-made after 'Billa'. Kadiresan has already got the rights to re-make Rajini's 'Moonru mugam'.
'Pattiyal' fame Sekar has the right to re-make Kamal's 'Kalyanaraman and Lawrence was supposed to do Kamal's role. Due to the intervention of 'Alibaba' project, 'Kalyanaraman' is temporarily suspended.Lawrence who is doing 'Pandi' has, however, not given up his keenness to act in re-make films. After 'Pandi', Lawrence will be acting in Rajini's 'Thambikku endha ooru? Lawrence himself will be revising the story to suit present day trends.
