Recently, a special preview Sakkarakatti was screened exclusively for director-actor K. Bhagyaraj. Sakkarakatti stars Bhagyaraj’s son Shanthnoo with Ishita and Vedhika in the lead roles.Music for the film is by maestro A.R. Rahman, who is said to have come out with some scintillating numbers. The film is directed by Kala Prabhu, son of producer Kalaipuli S. Dhanu.
It is said that Bhagyaraj was mighty impressed by the young director’s prowess after watching the film. Bhagyaraj, considered one of the best scriptwriters of our time, has praised Kala Prabhu for his interesting script. While he had gone to the screening to watch his son’s performance, the actor said that he had finally ended watching a marvellous film by a fine young director.
The audio of Sakkarakatti is expected to release in the coming days. The film is set for a summer release.
